DSA's Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical operational technology (OT), industrial data, cybersecurity, energy, and infrastructure modernization projects. Our team supports a diverse portfolio of federal, defense, higher education, energy, and commercial customers, delivering enterprise data historian, analytics, digital operations, and resilience solutions that improve mission performance and operational decision-making.   This position combines program leadership, people management, customer engagement, business growth, and technical collaboration. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys helping customers solve complex operational challenges through innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate must have experience managing PI System deployment and/or sustainment projects. We are a growing team with exceptional technical talent. We are looking for a strong technical program manager to accelerate our growth and improve our service delivery. This position offers the opportunity to shape customer strategy, influence emerging technologies, and build solutions that matter. You'll have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and grow while working to solve complex operational challenges.   Responsibilities: Lead execution of multiple projects and task orders supporting critical infrastructure, operational technology, and data modernization initiatives. Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary interface between customers, technical teams, and corporate leadership. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with commercial and university customers. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and subject matter experts. Drive operational excellence through effective planning, metrics, resource management, and quality assurance processes. Identify opportunities to expand customer value through innovative technology solutions and strategic consulting. Support proposal development and business development activities. Help shape future CIP offerings in operational technology, industrial data systems, cybersecurity, AI-enabled analytics, and digital resilience. Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.   Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Energy Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing technical programs and projects that include the PI System  Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships. Experience leading cross-functional technical teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial customers. Ability to translate technical concepts into business and mission outcomes. Ability to travel as required (up to 10%).   Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification. Master's degree in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Experience with Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, or industrial data platforms. Knowledge of cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, cloud platforms, data analytics, AI, or digital twins.   #DSA209 #LI-JE1

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
 

DSA - Salary Pay Range$130,000—$175,000 USD

Many of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
