Job description

The Role

You will own influencer and creator marketing across the entire LATAM region, translating global campaign objectives into regional plans, managing a direct team, and running the full lifecycle from creator prospecting through post-campaign analysis. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and daily execution, and the person in it will be the primary connection point between LATAM creators and the cross-functional teams that power Moises campaigns. The creator channel is one of the most important acquisition surfaces for Moises in Latin America, and this role shapes its performance.

What You Will Work On

  • Define the regional creator strategy, including selection criteria, partnership models (one-off, long-term, exclusivity), priority music verticals, and content guidelines for LATAM campaigns.
  • Manage the LATAM influencer marketing budget end to end, tracking spend against plan, flagging variances, and ensuring financial discipline across all active campaigns.
  • Lead your team through the full campaign roadmap, from scheduling and creator negotiations to delivery, brand compliance, and escalations when deals fall outside standard parameters.
  • Track campaign KPIs in real time, identify underperformance early, and deliver post-campaign analyses with clear recommendations to the Director of Creators.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Growth, Data, Product, and Social teams to keep regional creator initiatives aligned with global strategy and compliant with LATAM regulations, including CONAR in Brazil.
  • Lead your team's development through structured feedback, roadmap alignment, and clearing the blockers that slow execution.

Required

  • 5 or more years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or artist relations, including at least 3 years directly managing a team.
  • Proven experience running creator campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with fluency in performance metrics like ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Experience managing regional or campaign-level marketing budgets with accountability for results, not just spend.
  • Working proficiency in English (required for internal communication) and fluency in Portuguese; Spanish at any level is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing compliance frameworks in LATAM, particularly CONAR, and experience collaborating with Legal on creator contracts.
  • Solid experience driving digital acquisition for subscription-based or app products, ideally from tech, digital, fintech, music, or gaming companies. Consumer goods backgrounds are considered only with a strong fit on the other criteria.

Nice to Have

  • Personal experience as a musician, producer, or active participant in the music tech world.
  • An existing network of music creators in Brazil and broader LATAM.
  • Experience in product-led growth or freemium SaaS models.

What It Is Like to Work Here

Moises is a distributed team of under 150 people with offices in João Pessoa, Salt Lake City, and São Paulo. The LATAM marketing team works across time zones, and this role offers real flexibility in how you structure your days, as long as you're available to your team and cross-functional partners when it matters.

This is a role with genuine ownership. You define the regional strategy, manage the budget, lead the team, and own the results. You will work closely with the Director of Creators and have direct relationships with Legal, Finance, Growth, and Product, but the day-to-day calls are yours to make. That means you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and with being accountable for outcomes, not just activity.

Music is not backdrop here. The creators you work with are musicians, producers, educators, and performers who use Moises as a genuine part of how they make and share music. Understanding that world, what these creators care about, how they talk, and what makes a partnership feel authentic versus transactional, is a real advantage in this role.

The LATAM creator channel is growing, and there is meaningful work to do to build the systems, criteria, and team practices that enable it to scale well. You will not be maintaining something that already runs smoothly. You will build a version of this function that can handle significantly greater volume and complexity over the next two years.

The Details

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (required — in-person presence at our São Paulo office is essential to this role). Remote-friendly within that, with periodic travel expected for team and creator work.
