Renewal Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Contract Management: You coordinate your ongoing renewals in a structured pipeline. You keep an eye on expiring contracts and upcoming renewals, considering various customer requirements and individual setups. You identify early when renewals are stalling and ensure that contract renewals are completed on time and in a structured manner.
• Customer Relationships: You build relationships with customers and support them by phone or email to get the most out of our products and services.
• Renewal Campaigns: Together with other teams, we set up campaigns for existing contracts, inform customers about changes, and work on upselling opportunities.
• CRM Administration: You keep our CRM system in shape, drive its further development, and ensure that campaigns and customer interactions are well documented.
• Quotes & Billing: You independently create quotes, support tenders, and ensure that support services and subscriptions are billed correctly. You keep an eye on the commercial details as well as the cooperation with our teams (Legal, Finance, Operations).
• AI & Process Optimization: You identify sensible application possibilities for AI-supported tools and assist in integrating them into our renewal processes. Together with the team, you continuously develop existing workflows and use automation to make customer experiences and internal processes more efficient.
• Internal Collaboration: Together with our Sales, Operations, and Account Management team, you focus on optimizing processes, communication, and our customer experience.

• You work carefully, precisely, and reliably.
• You enjoy delving into topics and working with contracts.
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English – both verbally and in writing. Further language skills are an advantage and a welcome bonus.
• You enjoy working with customers and colleagues to find the best solutions.
• You organize your work independently, make well-founded decisions within your area of responsibility, and reliably complete tasks.
• You enjoy communicating with different people and stakeholders and their different personalities and interests.
• You enjoy facing new and unfamiliar situations, take responsibility, and approach challenges with curiosity and self-initiative.
• You have a high frustration tolerance and do not let yourself be rattled by changes or resistance. Even in challenging situations, you remain friendly, professional, and look for solutions instead of being thrown off track.
