Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong AI and modern UI expertise. The ideal candidate will code, review pull requests, and guide the team in building Lit Web Components for AI-powered UI experiences. You will bring strong expertise in AI and modern frontend technologies to mentor the team on AI-native UI patterns and best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to the development team.

  • Build and guide team members in developing Lit Web Components for AI-powered UI experiences.

  • Implement and integrate AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.

  • Apply AI-native UI patterns and best practices to modernize user interfaces.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.



Requirements

  • 8–9 years of total IT experience with 6–7 years of relevant hands-on technical lead/development experience.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform, Scoped Apps, and Integration Hub.

  • Demonstrated experience building or integrating with AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.

  • Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, JavaScript, and Lit Web Components.

  • Excellent mentoring, communication, and code review capabilities.
