  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the Convene Records product roadmap, capabilities, competitive positioning, and priority product gaps.
  • Translate customer, tender, regulatory, and competitive requirements into structured product requirements and recommendations for the Product and R&D teams.
  • Work closely with Product and R&D to prioritize enhancements based on commercial impact, tender requirements, market demand, and competitive gaps.
  • Maintain product readiness assessments for priority markets and use cases.
  • Develop business cases for major product enhancements, integrations, certifications, and market-entry requirements.

  • Lead Convene Records tender and RFP submissions from qualification through submission.
  • Evaluate tender opportunities and provide bid/no-bid recommendations based on strategic fit, product readiness, technical requirements, competitive position, implementation requirements, and commercial potential.
  • Coordinate Sales, Product, R&D, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders throughout the tender process.

Partnerships & System Integrators

  • Identify, evaluate, and activate system integrators, implementation partners, technology partners, resellers, and other strategic partners that can expand Convene Records' market reach.
  • Develop relationships with SIs capable of supporting implementation, integration, migration, customization, and tender delivery.
  • Work with regional sales teams to identify local partners required for government and enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop joint go-to-market opportunities with selected partners.
  • Establish partner onboarding, product enablement, and opportunity-management processes.
  • Support partners in developing sufficient product knowledge to position, demonstrate, implement, and support Convene Records.
  • Track partner-generated pipeline, tender participation, and commercial outcomes.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the global Records Management, EDRMS, DMS, and ECM market.
  • Monitor competitors and other relevant vendors.
  • Develop and maintain competitor battlecards covering functionality, architecture, implementation approach, target markets, customers, partnerships, and commercial positioning.
  • Commercial & Business Development
  • Work with regional Sales teams to develop and qualify the Convene Records pipeline.
  • Support strategic opportunities from initial qualification through tender, demonstration, commercial negotiation, and contract award.
  • Help develop pricing, packaging, licensing, implementation, and partner commercial models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Records Management, Document Management, EDRMS, ECM, information governance, enterprise software, or a closely related field.
  • Strong practical understanding of records management principles, retention and disposition, classification/file plans, legal hold, audit trails, metadata, document lifecycle management, and information governance.
