Job description

Someone has to check the work. That someone is you.

About Thryv

Thryv has been helping local businesses compete for over 125 years, from print directories to an AI-powered platform built to grow small businesses through digital marketing. The businesses we work with are the plumber trying to get found on Google, the salon owner who never has time to follow up, the family restaurant competing against chains with bigger budgets.

We give them the tools to compete. And we give the people who work here a career worth having. Our culture runs on accountability, genuine relationships and doing the right thing. We take ownership, back each other and when it goes well, we celebrate it properly.

We are looking for a Fulfilment Quality Analyst in New Zealand to be the checkpoint between the work we produce and the client who receives it.

About the role

You will audit, analyse and monitor work across several teams to make sure everything on our SEO accounts is accurate, complete and up to standard. When you find a problem, you document it clearly and give the team the feedback they need to fix it. When the same problem keeps appearing, you are the person who spots the pattern and says something.

This is a full-time, work-from-home role based anywhere in New Zealand. You will work Monday to Friday with an 8:00am NZT start, which gives you real overlap with our United States-based teams.

What you will be doing

  • Auditing work across multiple departments to confirm our SEO account work is accurate and complete
  • Taking detailed notes and giving clear, specific feedback the teams can actually act on
  • Flagging recurring errors and quality trends so the cause gets fixed, not just the symptom
  • Helping out on special projects — extra audits, reporting, and monitoring the email support mailbox
  • Hitting your turnaround times without dropping the quality of your own work

What you will bring

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
  • Genuine attention to detail and the organisation skills to juggle several things at once
  • The confidence to give feedback constructively, and the interpersonal skills to make it land well
  • Time management that holds up when priorities shift and deadlines compete
  • Up to 2 years of related experience (2+ years preferred)
  • The right to work in New Zealand without restriction, and the ability to complete pre-employment screening including a Ministry of Justice criminal record check
  • A home setup where you can work independently and manage yourself well

What is in it for you

Work from home, Monday to Friday, with your evenings and weekends genuinely your own. Strong onboarding and coaching from day one. Real progression across our fulfilment, quality and operations teams. A performance incentive plan, annual salary reviews, and daily contact with teams on the other side of the world — at a company that has backed small businesses for 125 years.
