Job description

About Us

At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top LATAM talent with fast-growing companies across the U.S. and globally. Our focus is on building long-term partnerships by delivering highly skilled professionals who thrive in remote, high-performance environments.

About the Client

Our client is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in commerce media, retail media, paid search, programmatic advertising, and full-funnel growth strategies for leading brands.

Following a recent restructuring of their Commerce team, they are looking to expand with cross-functional talent capable of supporting both Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns. The team operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where proactive thinking, optimization expertise, and strong analytical skills are highly valued.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a hands-on Commerce Strategist with strong execution experience across Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys campaign optimization, data analysis, and performance marketing within retail media environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously, identifying performance opportunities, and proactively recommending optimizations to improve results.

This is primarily an execution and support-focused role with strategic thinking responsibilities — not a traditional project management or client-facing position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and overall performance
  • Implement optimization recommendations based on performance trends and business objectives
  • Support campaign launches, QA processes, and ongoing account maintenance

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization insights
  • Build and contribute to reporting decks, written summaries, and internal performance updates
  • Leverage Excel and platform reporting tools to evaluate KPIs and improve campaign efficiency
  • Provide actionable insights tied to ROAS, conversion performance, and media efficiency

3. Cross-Channel Commerce Support

  • Support both Amazon Search and Amazon DSP initiatives with an ideal 50/50 channel split
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with overall commerce strategies
  • Assist in testing new audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches

4. Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and priorities
  • Contribute to internal communication channels and support client-facing deliverables when needed
  • Collaborate within a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple client brands simultaneously

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing, building, and optimizing Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy, bidding, budgets, pacing, and placement optimization.
  • Experience managing retail media or e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously, with strong prioritization, organization, and ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced agency environments.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience managing performance-focused KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and media efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours, with preference for Eastern Time overlap.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Walmart DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk, or additional programmatic platforms
  • Experience with commerce campaign management platforms such as Skai
  • Agency-side digital media experience
  • Exposure to client-facing communication and reporting presentations

Benefits

  • 100% Remote Opportunity
  • Salary: starting at $3,000 USD per month, with flexibility for higher offers depending on depth of experience.
  • Work Schedule: Full time, 40 hours a week. Regular US business hours (Eastern Time).
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance: Access to premium global health insurance coverage.
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO): Trust-based, flexible time off to cover vacation, mental health, sick leave, personal appointments, and other personal needs.
  • Observed Holidays: 10 paid U.S. holidays off, including New Year's Day, MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Veterans Day, and Thanksgiving.
  • Opportunity to work with enterprise-level commerce brands and media budgets.
  • Long-term growth potential within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as:

Applications from candidates outside LATAM (including the U.S. and other regions) will not be considered.
Resumes must be submitted in English.
