Job Description:

​​The Revenue Systems Lead (Staff Engineer, Business Systems) provides technical leadership across Accurate's Revenue technology landscape. This role is responsible for architecture, integration strategy, technical governance, and the long-term health of systems that support Revenue Operations. The position partners closely with the Revenue team, Engineering, Security, Business Systems, and vendors to ensure Revenue technologies are secure, scalable, stable, and aligned with business priorities. As a senior individual contributor, this role influences technical strategy, improves operational readiness, and helps build sustainable technology foundations that support business growth.​ 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the architecture and technical strategy for Revenue systems and related platforms.  

  • Establish standards for integrations, security, governance, documentation, and supportability.  

  • Lead integration strategy and improve reliability across connected systems.  

  • Evaluate new technologies and provide technical guidance for technology investments and vendor selections.  

  • Drive platform stability, technical governance, and operational readiness initiatives.  

  • Partner with Revenue Operations and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business priorities and roadmaps.  

  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers supporting Revenue technologies.  

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and scale the Revenue technology ecosystem.  

  • Assess technical risks, dependencies, and architecture tradeoffs and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.  

  • Support cross-functional decision making by translating complex

Required Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, platform engineering, systems architecture, or related disciplines. 

  • ​​Deep experience with Salesforce and the broader Revenue technology ecosystem.​ 

  • ​​Strong expertise in integrations, APIs, data flows, security, identity and access controls, and platform governance.​ 

  • ​​Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and supportable enterprise solutions.​ 

  • ​​Experience evaluating technology tradeoffs and influencing decisions across technical and business teams.​ 

  • ​​Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Revenue Operations on business requirements, prioritization, roadmaps, and outcome measurement.​ 

  • ​​Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and documentation skills.​ 

  • ​​Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership without direct people management responsibility.​ 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • ​​Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Operations technology environments.​ 

  • ​​Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, LeanData, Gong, Marketo, 6sense, Ada, IronClad, Playvox, or similar platforms.​ 

  • ​​Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware technologies.​ 

  • ​​Experience conducting security reviews, governance assessments, or operational readiness evaluations.​ 

  • Experience supporting enterprise software evaluations, vendor selection processes, and technology due diligence. 

  • Experience defining enterprise architecture standards and technical governance frameworks.

  • Security, governance, risk assessment, and operational readiness.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,000 - $132,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training.  This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
