Independent Contractor – T-CPT-11483 GoHighLevel (GHL) Technical Virtual Assistant/Technical VA/Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A veteran-owned small business is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel Technical Virtual Assistant to manage, improve, and maintain GHL systems supporting several digital businesses.

The client already has approximately two years of experience using GoHighLevel and has existing websites, workflows, integrations, and systems in place. The immediate need is for someone with strong hands-on GHL expertise who can take the client's direction and independently execute the technical setup within the platform.

The VA will primarily work on GHL workflows, automations, pipelines, integrations, and website management while helping ensure the client's connected systems continue operating correctly.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

GHL Workflows & Automation

• Build, edit, test, and maintain GoHighLevel workflows
• Create and manage pipelines and opportunity stages
• Configure automation triggers, actions, and follow-up sequences
• Troubleshoot workflows that are not functioning as intended
• Test automations before implementation
• Monitor existing workflows and make necessary improvements
• Help ensure contacts entering GHL trigger the correct automated processes

GHL System & Integration Support

• Maintain and organize existing GHL accounts and assets
• Support integrations between GHL and the client's other applications
• Test incoming data and automation triggers
• Troubleshoot basic integration or data-flow issues
• Assist with forms, contact management, email templates, and other GHL functionality
• Recommend practical improvements based on GHL capabilities

Website Management

• Maintain and update websites built using GoHighLevel
• Edit pages, content, forms, links, and other website elements
• Create or modify basic GHL website pages as needed
• Ensure website forms and other elements connect properly to GHL workflows
• Troubleshoot basic website issues within the GHL environment

Technical & Project Support

• Manage assigned tasks through ClickUp
• Document completed changes and technical configurations
• Communicate clearly regarding technical limitations or recommended solutions
• Test completed work before marking tasks complete
• Assist with ongoing GHL monitoring and maintenance as needed

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience required/ expert
• Experience building GHL workflows and automations required
• Experience creating and managing GHL pipelines required
• Experience with GHL websites, forms, and related assets strongly preferred
• Experience troubleshooting GHL workflows and integrations strongly preferred
• Experience with CRM integrations and data flows preferred
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly
• ClickUp experience preferred

• Highly proficient in GoHighLevel
• Strong understanding of workflows, automations, and pipelines
• Able to take a business requirement and translate it into a functional GHL setup
• Comfortable troubleshooting existing configurations
• Technically minded and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently without extensive micromanagement
• Comfortable making practical recommendations within GHL
• Strong problem-solving and testing habits
• Organized when managing multiple technical tasks

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: Flexible – TBD

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
