Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos buscando um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Python Sênior para integrar um projeto internacional, atuando no desenvolvimento de software em ambientes corporativos de alta complexidade.

A posição terá forte atuação com Python, bancos de dados relacionais, CI/CD e sistemas distribuídos, incluindo investigação e resolução de problemas complexos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e evoluir soluções utilizando Python;
  • Atuar no desenvolvimento de software em ambientes corporativos;
  • Investigar e solucionar problemas técnicos complexos;
  • Realizar debugging em sistemas distribuídos;
  • Trabalhar com bancos de dados relacionais;
  • Atuar com pipelines de CI/CD e boas práticas de engenharia de software;
  • Colaborar com equipes técnicas em um ambiente internacional.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência profissional em desenvolvimento de software corporativo com Python;
  • Experiência sólida com bancos de dados relacionais, como SQL Server, Oracle ou PostgreSQL;
  • Experiência prática com pipelines de CI/CD, utilizando GitHub Actions, Jenkins ou ferramentas equivalentes;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e experiência em debugging de sistemas distribuídos complexos;
  • Formação superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou área relacionada;
  • Inglês para conversação — obrigatório;
  • Espanhol para conversação — obrigatório;
  • Disponibilidade para futura mudança para Portugal ou Espanha.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Java / Spring Boot e microsserviços;
  • Conhecimento do mercado financeiro, especialmente em Trading, Gestão de Riscos ou Reporting Regulatório;
  • Conhecimentos de FRTB, IMA ou Risco de Mercado;
  • Experiência com tecnologias de integração como TIBCO, MQ ou Kafka;
  • Experiência com automação de workloads utilizando Control-M ou Autosys;
  • Conhecimentos de Cloud: GCP, AWS ou Azure;
  • Experiência com Docker e/ou Kubernetes;
  • Conhecimentos de scripting com PowerShell ou Bash.
