  • maintain Gartner’s industry leadership reputation by thoughtfully responding to press inquiries when required

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in economics, business or international studies) or equivalent experience. Post-graduate law or economics degree preferred

  • Experience in:

  • Advising the leadership team/ board of directors (or designated committee) on compliance priorities and providing actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making

  • integrating quantitative and qualitative evidence into executive-ready narratives and recommendations that support management decision needs

  • Conducting compliance risk assessments and reporting

  • Monitoring and analyzing new regulatory changes to ensure timely adaptation of internal policies and procedures

  • Supporting corporate governance initiatives to ensure continued alignment with compliance standards and expectations

  • Designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise compliance frameworks, including development of policies and procedures, training, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms to ensure organizational integrity and consistency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to adjust style to different audiences.

  • Executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders.

  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a highly matrixed work environment
