The Solution Architect will help in solutioning and architecting the overall Integration needs required to implement UST HealthProof’s core-admin ecosystem for our Health plan customers. The Solution architect will work with the Health Plan Customers, third party vendors, and internal teams to define and implement enterprise solutions and support technical system implementations.  Candidate should have deep experience in HealthCare Payor domain especially with integrating Core admin platforms (Claims adjudication, enrollment, provider platforms) and excellent technical and communication skills and ability to engage as part of a team working both physically together and virtually. You should be an excellent problem solver who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

As a Solution Architect at UST HealthProof; you will be accountable for the following:

  • Solution technical architecture for customer delivery programs
  • Integrate Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Authorization, Payment systems
  • Ensure architecture governance compliance
  • Collaborate with customer, partners, and internal product teams
  • Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements and emerging technologies
  • Ensure repeatability and reusability of integration design, process, and code
  • Leading technical architectural conversations and solution discussions with customer and internal teams
  • Mentor technical staff

You bring:

  • Architecting enterprise-wide software solutions
  • Knowledgeable in Healthcare insurance domain (Medicare Advantage / Medicaid or Commercial)
  • Exposure to healthcare eco-systems from partners HealthEdge, TriZetto , NASCO, Advantasure or Change Healthcare and experience in technical integration of these eco-systems
  • Experience with people management, mentorship, and creating inclusive and diverse teams
  • Integrated EDI healthcare transactions (837, 834, 835,270/271, 276/277, 278) with healthcare core administration platforms (Claims adjudication/enrollment)
  • Working in AWS cloud environment and experience with AWS cloud services
  • Awareness to Agile tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of SQL, Core Java, Spring Boot, Web Services, XML, JSON, SQL, Middleware, and CI/CD pipeline philosophy
  • Commitment to Customer and quality
  • Communication skills with peers, customers, and partners including the ability to convey technical information effectively
  • Thrives in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment and has a knack for quickly prioritizing needs and creating scalable processes and structure
  • Affinity for leading and navigating change management
  • Comfortable in a fully remote environment that relies heavily on asynchronous written collaboration and communication
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore model is a must
  • Experience working HealthEdge applications like HealthRules Payor or GuidingCare is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field, 12+ years of relevant work experience in technology integrations, 7+ years of work experience in technical leadership roles

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
