Netadmin Systems is a leading provider of OSS/BSS software for fibre and broadband network operators. Our platform helps operators plan, build, operate, and monetise their networks — from physical infrastructure to subscriber and service management. Position Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you own the long-term success, retention, and growth of a portfolio of strategic customers. You act as a trusted advisor, helping customers realise measurable business value while building strong partnerships that support mutual growth.

The role combines customer success, commercial ownership, business development. By understanding both customer objectives and the capabilities of the Netadmin platform, you help translate technology into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Strategic Partnership

  • Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor across operational, management, and executive levels.

  • Develop customer success plans that align with customer objectives, drive adoption, and support measurable value realization.

  • Conduct regular business reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and guide customers towards continuous improvement.

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring customer needs and priorities are understood across the business.

Commercial Growth & Business Development

  • Own customer retention, renewal strategy, and long-term account development.

  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities through additional services, capabilities, modules, and strategic initiatives.

  • Build and execute account growth plans that create value for both the customer and Netadmin.

  • Support commercial discussions and contribute to profitable, long-term customer partnerships.

Customer Transformation & Delivery

  • Guide customers through implementations, upgrades, migrations, and business transformation initiatives.

  • Coordinate Sales, Product, Delivery, Support, and Operations teams around customer goals and successful outcomes.

  • Ensure seamless transitions between onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing customer success.

  • Support strategic customer-facing initiatives while maintaining focus on long-term business impact.

You proactively identify opportunities, solve problems collaboratively, and inspire confidence among customers and colleagues alike.

Most importantly, you are passionate about helping customers succeed and creating partnerships that deliver measurable and lasting business impact.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Service Delivery, or similar customer-facing B2B roles.

  • Track record of managing, developing, and growing complex customer relationships.

  • Strong commercial acumen, business development skills, and ability to support value-based customer discussions.

  • Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate technical solutions into clear business value.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented execution skills.

  • Experience within telecommunications, OSS/BSS, software, SaaS, or technology industries is advantageous.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and Swedish.

  • German is a strong plus.

Location & eligibility
