Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor for the Rural Health. In this role you will support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations for Leidos QTC's rural health service delivery model. This position is participant and will facilitate ensuring that Veterans and underserved rural populations receive timely, high-quality care and health services. This role partners with program leadership, clinical providers, community-based organizations, and federal agency stakeholders to report on and drive execution and efficiency in program operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across geographically dispersed rural sites. The ideal candidate brings a combination of licensed clinical expertise and project management discipline, with deep sensitivity to the unique access and care coordination challenges facing rural patient populations.
