Position: Salesforce Roles (Salesforce CRM Developer & Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer)

Location: Remote from LATAM

Contract Type: Full-time

Time Zone Alignment: Central Time (CT)

About In All Media: We are a Managed Nearshore Teams provider headquartered in Austin, specializing in building and embedding high-performing software development teams. From design to deployment, we deliver customized solutions by connecting global talent with innovative client projects. Our model lets you tackle international challenges, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow your career while being part of a company that values expertise, creativity, and impact.

Project Overview: In this role, you will join our Engineering team to support, scale, and innovate on enterprise Salesforce platforms. Depending on your specialization, you will either focus on custom core development and AI-driven capabilities (Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein) or drive the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) for high-volume data harmonization and identity resolution. You will work on active development initiatives to optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalable architecture, intelligent automated workflows, and robust enterprise data integrations.

Role 1: Salesforce CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Custom Core Development: Design, build, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and platform configuration.

Backend Automation & Frameworks: Build reusable services, Apex triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous frameworks, and custom logic strictly aligned with platform performance and governor limits.

AI & Agentic Experience Integration: Implement and support Agentforce experiences, Salesforce Einstein capabilities, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case/task handling.

API & Event-Driven Integrations: Connect Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and enterprise integration patterns.

Quality & Performance Optimization: Optimize platform query performance, enforce secure development practices (profiles, permission sets, sharing models), and conduct code reviews.

Production Support & DevOps: Troubleshoot production defects, perform root-cause analysis, contribute to release planning, and author detailed technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

Salesforce Platform Experience: 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM development experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).

Core Technical Development: Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, and asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future).

AI & Agentic Capabilities: Hands-on familiarity with Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce platform capabilities.

Platform Security & Governance: Complete understanding of the Salesforce security model (Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Field-Level Security) and execution of Governor Limits.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, debugging, and cross-functional communication skills across business and technical teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) or Platform Developer II (PD2).

DevOps & Release Management: Experience with Copado, Salesforce DevOps Center, Git version control, or CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Event-Driven Architecture: Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and enterprise middleware integration patterns.

Large-Scale Environments: Proven track record working within large, complex enterprise multi-org environments.

Role 2: Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Data Cloud Implementation: Lead the direct implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Genie / Customer Data Platform) to support enterprise engagement.

Data Modeling & Harmonization: Design unified profile schemas, handle identity resolution, and perform data harmonization across disparate and high-volume datasets.

Data Transformation: Utilize strong SQL and relational data modeling skills to process, transform, and query enterprise-scale data for business activation.

Solution Architecture: Translate complex business activation requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Data Cloud ecosystem.

System Integration: Collaborate with external cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and integrate event-driven architecture patterns.

Must-Have Skills:

Salesforce Core Experience: 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience (Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs).

Data Cloud Mastery: 2+ years of direct implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Genie / Customer Data Platform).

CDP & Data Modeling Concepts: Deep understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts, identity resolution, unified profile schemas, data harmonization, and activation patterns.

Data Transformation & Querying: Strong SQL, relational data modeling, and data transformation capabilities for processing high-volume, enterprise-scale datasets.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills to translate business activation requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Certifications: Official Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or related technical Salesforce certifications.

Ecosystem Exposure: Experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), or other enterprise engagement ecosystems.

Data Warehouse & Event Architecture: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), enterprise CDP architecture, and event-driven integration patterns.

Agile Delivery: Proven experience delivering solutions within fast-paced Agile frameworks.

Time Zone & Collaboration: This role is 100% remote from the LATAM region. Flexibility is expected to accommodate key ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions within standard Central Time (CT) business hours, along with necessary coordination with our US-based teams.

Language: All interviews, documentation, and daily communication are in English.
