We are expanding our clinician team to more closely reflect the diverse communities we serve. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility, varied perspectives, and demonstrated experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities.

MySpectrum is a practice, not a platform. Our clinicians are direct employees (W-2) who receive the operational support they need while maintaining the clinical independence necessary to provide excellent care. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP in the state of Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; those with clinical licenses in multiple states, in addition to Virginia, are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Flexibility to commit to joining us now and the drive to stick with us so that your caseload can grow
• Must have access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth sessions and required job duties
• Must have high-speed internet access
• Must have a HIPAA-protected space to use consistently for sessions
• Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements

COMPENSATION & ESTIMATED EARNINGS

Compensation: Production-based. Clinicians receive 60% of the applicable contracted payer rate for each completed, billable session. Compensation is based on the contracted payer rate rather than the amount ultimately collected from insurance or clients. Clinicians are paid biweekly based on completed, billed sessions.
Estimated Annual Earnings:

• Part-time: 7-29 completed billable sessions per week; approximately $22,000-$99,000 annually
• Full-time: 30+ completed billable sessions per week; approximately $95,000+ annually

Estimated earnings are based on MySpectrum's average contracted rates for completed sessions. Actual earnings will vary based on caseload, payer mix, services provided, cancellations, no-shows, and other factors affecting completed billable sessions.
