Job description

Description

Position at FiltaGlobal Philippines Inc. Location: Accepting candidates from Metro Manila
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT
Salary: PHP 38,000 - 48,000, Based on Experience
About the Company
Join a New York based company established in 1948, that is a leading “e-tail” partner to premium brands with the mission of creating incremental e-Commerce sales through unmatched merchandising expertise, marketplace knowledge and exclusive selling strategies
They’re now looking for an Amazon Account Health and Catalog Specialist to join their growing team in the Philippines.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • HMO healthcare for you and your 1 dependent (with COVID insurance).
  • 20 combined SL/VLs per year accrued from day one (you will have 10 accrued once you pass regularization).
  • 13th-month bonus and Government-mandated benefits.
  • Internet allowance.
  • Member Wellness Program.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be part of the Catalog Operations & Brand Protection team, supporting live product page integrity, buy-box hygiene, and account compliance. Your key tasks will include:
  • Performing recurring audits of live listings against the approved, current as-launched baseline tracker maintained by the Item Creation team.
  • Identifying split/duplicate listings, hijacked content/images, incorrect variation/parent-child mappings, suppressed listings, and unauthorized title or bullet point edits.
  • Logging catalog issues with full evidence (ASIN, MSKU, issue type, screenshots) in our internal baseline tracker.
  • Drafting and submitting clear, evidence-backed cases in Amazon Seller Central to force the reversal of unauthorized changes and restore original content.
  • Routing and managing case escalations dynamically based on brand structure (directly via Brand Registry/Account Health or through brand representative channels).
  • Following up on stalled cases and arguing hijacked listing cases past initial automated or first-tier refusals to successful restoration.
  • Reporting recurring root causes and systemic catalog issues to catalog managers and the Item Creation team
What You’ll Bring
  • Advanced/C1 Written English proficiency.
  • At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in Amazon catalog operations, brand protection, or account health within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Proven experience opening, managing, and winning complex Amazon case escalations across two distinct ownership structures (direct Brand Registry vs. brand representative).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to conduct systematic audits without relying on external third-party catalog monitoring software.
  • A clear understanding that this is a tactical restoration and defense role (auditing, logging, filing, following up) that uses pre-approved baseline data, rather than an originative copywriting or keyword creation role.
Bonus Points For
  • Footwear or Apparel Experience: Prominently preferred, as complex, multi-attribute variation trees (size/color parent-child relationships) in apparel/footwear carry a high risk of split listings and mismapping.
  • Technical Amazon Knowledge: Deep familiarity with FNSKU, GTIN/UPC requirements, and ASIN variation mechanics.
  • Amazon Brand Registry Tools: Direct experience navigating advanced Brand Registry protection tools and Account Health dashboards
