Job description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Training & Development Assistant Intern to support our HR team with employee training, onboarding, e-learning and development activities.
This is an office based role in our HQ in Desio, Milan. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and coordination of internal and external training
  • Maintain training records and update activities in our system
  • Assist with onboarding and induction plans for new employees
  • Managing employees’ remote working agreements
  • Updating the company organizational chart
  • Support corporate e-learning platforms and employee skills assessments
  • Coordinate the collection and updating of employee CVs
  • Assist with audits, inspections and HR documentation when required
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree, preferably in HR, business, psychology, or a related field
  • Native Italian and excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Team-oriented, proactive and eager to learn
