Rubik's Cube Instructor

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce children to the Rubik's Cube, explaining its structure and how it works.
  
• Create fun, age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to various skill levels, from beginners to more advanced solvers.
  
• Demonstrate different solving techniques in a clear and engaging manner.
  
• Provide hands-on support during practice sessions, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
  
• Cultivate a positive and supportive learning environment to boost children's confidence and interest in puzzles.
  
• Organize group activities, competitions, or workshops to foster teamwork and community among students.
  
• Track individual progress and adjust teaching methods to suit each child's learning style.
  
• Maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and motivated.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with child development principles and engaging teaching strategies.
  
• Experience in organizing educational or recreational activities for children.
  
• Knowledge of online teaching tools and resources is a plus.
  

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in solving the Rubik's Cube, with knowledge of various solving methods.
  
• Previous experience working with children, whether in tutoring, teaching, or coaching.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with children and explain concepts in a fun way.
  
• Patience and enthusiasm for teaching, with a focus on creating an enjoyable learning experience.
  
• Passion for puzzles and a desire to share that passion with young learners.
