Job description

Why work for Manitou Group?

Manitou is purposefully committed to you, its people. Based on a “One United Team” focus, we internationally cultivate our purpose-driven and agile work environment. As an equal opportunity employer, we cultivate, build and elevate our more than 6000 employees and their diversity across more than 30 countries we operate in. There are 6 main plants with locations  in France, the USA, India, Italy and more than 30 subsidiaries all around the world.

We are looking for our future Senior Project Manager to coordinate stakeholders involved in the successful industrial execution of orders taken by the sales teams.

YOUR MISSIONS:

Within the Global Business Excellence organization ("Sales Operations & SIOP" Division), reporting to the VP S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning - PIC, Plan Industriel et Commercial) and as part of the deployment of the DeliverAce Program, you will be responsible for finalizing the implementation and then leading the "Cross-Functional Coordination" between Commercial organizations (subsidiaries, Sales Administration) and Industrial organizations (Operating Units).

  1. Finalize the implementation of the Cross-Functional Coordination defined by the DeliverAce Program (Build phase) in the LAPAM region.

Deploy performance management routines around orders at the factory level (Operating Unit) in Greater Noida, in order to collectively ensure compliance with promised dates and the production plan, and to enhance agility in response to demand changes to maintain stable lead times.

Deploy performance management routines around orders within the commercial operations of the LAPAM Region (LATAM, MEA, APAC). This involves managing the order book: order intake, invoicing, order cancellations, and managing finished goods inventory.

Train teams on the framework: meeting facilitation, action plan management.

Verify that KPIs align with the objectives defined within the framework, and liaise with commercial/sales administration teams and Production Units in case of deviations.

  2. Lead Cross-Functional Coordination (Run phase) across all Operating Units and the 2 already deployed Commercial Regions, as well as LAPAM once the Region is deployed.

Lead the framework, train managers/facilitators to develop their meeting facilitation skills at all levels of the framework: proper problem description, accurate drafting of action plans, action plan tracking, driving decision-making, etc.

Ensure that routines are conducted in accordance with expected standards, adapt the framework to various local contexts (frequency, duration, participants, content).

Maintain the overall consistency of the global structure from a tool/process perspective (operating procedures, operating kits, BI, etc.) and especially from a Business perspective relative to changes in S&OP, Commercial Operations, and Operating Units.

   3. Continuous improvement and quality role by managing performance KPIs to guarantee a high quality of customer service (On Time In Full) from order placement to delivery, including the management of internal performance among Manitou stakeholders (Service Level Agreement).

Ensure with functional owners (in charge of indicators) that indicators are managed at the expected level (updates, variance root-cause analysis, and action plans).

Support and train them if necessary on updating annual targets, performance management, and formalizing action plans.

Concerned KPIs: OTIF, Best Seller Inventory, Finished Goods Inventory, Sales Forecast Accuracy, Order Book Health, Master Production Schedule Health / Industrial Planning Health, Readiness Rate / Availability Rate [Note 1], Compliance with Standard Lead Times, Capacity Response.

Manage intra-Group internal agreements (Service Level Agreement) between the 8 Operating Units and the 3 Commercial Regions: definition of annual targets, regular performance reviews, management of action plans.

You have over 7 years of experience in a similar role: project manager in a multicultural environment within Demand, Supply Chain, distribution flows, cross-functional performance management, quality, procurement, or sales administration. Knowledge of S&OP process challenges would be an asset for this position.

Your past experience has provided you with a global vision and a business culture, enabling you to fully understand the challenges of each stakeholder you work with in order to align them.
