Job description

Our client, a Internet Content & Information company, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager IV (8-10) for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The Product Marketing Communications role is responsible for driving corporate reputation initiatives, managing corporate contributions and tracking the outcomes and impact of the communications team. They should be curious and enjoy taking on new projects and collaborating with the rest of the team. A strong storyteller, they find appealing ways to get our message across to both internal and external audiences. Through a consistent and thorough analysis of our KPIs, they are able to reflect the outcomes and most importantly, the impact of our job to the entire organization.
  • Develop internal and external communications plans for various market research studies around electronic payments in the region.
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend speaking opportunities for executives. Develop and adapt briefing materials for spokespeople. Leverage participation in third-party events with internal audiences.
  • Identify key pan-regional media outlets. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with these outlets, by pitching stories and nurturing the relationship with key journalists.
  • Support ongoing initiatives to develop internal spokespeople (ie, media training, blogging courses, social media training). Propose, develop and deploy new initiatives to further develop the communications capabilities of spokespeople.
  • Develop and adapt communications materials for internal and external audiences, with digital appeal, based on research studies, issues briefs, statistics, fact sheets, among others.
  • Work closely with digital marketing team (if relevant) to leverage materials in diverse internal and external platforms.
  • Establish, develop and update metrics for the communications function.
  • Propose, develop and update regular reports or dashboards to showcase results to leadership.
 
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a preferred background focused on privacy, responsibility, data ethics, or trust & safety domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for complex, policy-driven product areas with moderate ambiguity Experience translating technical privacy/responsibility concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences (advertisers, developers, regulators, consumers) Proven track record of driving cross-functional marketing initiatives independently with minimal oversight, partnering with Product, Policy, Legal, Comms, and Engineering teams Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set near-term marketing direction through frameworks and roadmaps that coordinate multiple workstreams Experience managing positioning and messaging for products operating in highly regulated or sensitive environments (e.g., data practices, ad transparency, consent flows, responsible AI) Ability to synthesize competitive intelligence, regulatory landscape changes, and market insights to influence product direction and marketing strategy Excellent stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to build consensus and resolve dependencies across broad sets of related teams Experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
  • Experience in ads/digital marketing ecosystem with understanding of signal loss, measurement, and privacy-enhancing technologies Familiarity with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, Digital Services Act, etc.) and their implications for product marketing Experience marketing to B2B audiences (advertisers, partners) around data use, transparency, and responsible practices Track record of proactively engaging partner functions and initiating collaboration between teams with adjacent or overlapping mandates Experience in crisis communications or reputation management related to privacy/trust issues Ability to leverage AI tools to drive marketing efficiency and amplify output

  • BA/BS degree needed
  • Possesses language skills relvant to the role.
  • Excellent writing / storytelling skills in relevant languages.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Social media savvy.
  • Flexibility to perform diverse tasks outside scope of work when projects or business goals require it.
  • High level of knowledge in all communications functions, in particular reputation management, corporate social responsibility, content development and communications metrics.
  • Experience in messaging and content development.
  • General knowledge of financial services industry or related global industry.
  • Bachelors Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in social media & multimedia content creation.
