Notre équipe QA-Core existe pour que chaque équipe d'ingénierie chez Upgrade puisse tester ses logiciels rapidement et avoir confiance dans les résultats. Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) senior en automatisation AQ pour concevoir et bâtir l'infrastructure d'automatisation des tests, les outils, ainsi que des solutions agentiques afin d'augmenter la productivité de l'ingénierie. Ce n'est pas un rôle traditionnel d'AQ produit — c'est un rôle de construction (« build »). Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes produits afin de comprendre leurs besoins en automatisation, de concevoir des services à partir de zéro, de les déployer sur des grappes (clusters) de production et d'en assumer la responsabilité.

Ce poste est entièrement à distance et ouvert aux candidats basés au Canada.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Concevoir et être responsable du cadre d'automatisation pour les tests fonctionnels et de performance.
  • Construire des agents pour automatiser les flux de travail AQ/tests existants et réduire les frictions liées à l'ingénierie.
  • Construire les applications et services dont dépend l'automatisation, les déployer et les exploiter en environnements de production.
  • Mener les prototypes jusqu'au bout. Construire des démonstrations en temps opportun, recueillir les commentaires des équipes qui les utiliseront, et itérer à travers des versions successives jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient robustes, surveillés et fonctionnent avec une qualité mature.
  • Identifier les lacunes dans les cadres et outils existants, et itérer vers des solutions qui les comblent.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • 5 à 7 ans ou plus d'expérience dans la construction de logiciels de production, avec une expertise démontrée en infrastructure de test, en cadres de test et en outillage pour développeurs, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance pratique de l'ingénierie de plateforme.
  • Expérience éprouvée dans la construction de solutions agentiques et de cadres d'automatisation de tests à partir de zéro — conçus, livrés, itérés, et adoptés comme faisant partie de la façon de travailler des autres ingénieurs.
  • Maîtrise des outils de codage agentiques dans le cadre de votre travail quotidien : capacité à orchestrer plusieurs agents pour exécuter des tâches et à réviser des demandes de fusion (PR) générées par des agents.
  • Expérience pratique avec les micro-services, Kubernetes et la gestion du cycle de vie des déploiements.
  • Capacité à transformer un énoncé de problème ambigu en une solution circonscrite et défendable, de manière autonome.
