Position: Engineering Simulation Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$90/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop simulations and specification sheets for AI models to design artifacts like controller gains and circuit parameters.
  • Define simulations, set specs with pass/fail thresholds, and create prompts for model evaluation.
  • Evaluate model designs using an agentic grader to score specification satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure model outputs meet engineering standards.
  • Work independently and asynchronously in a browser-based studio and GitHub to improve model reasoning.
