Summary

As a Call Center Representative (Healthcare) at Gainwell, you will support Oklahoma's Medicaid program by helping customers with questions related to healthcare services and benefits.

In this fully remote role, you will handle customer calls, research information, document interactions, and provide accurate and professional service in a fast-paced contact center environment.

 

Your role in our mission

  • Handle customer calls and provide accurate, professional assistance with healthcare-related questions and services.
  • Research customer inquiries using available systems, resources, and job aids to provide timely resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex or unresolved issues when needed.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence expectations.
  • Protect customer information by following HIPAA, privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements while delivering a positive customer experience.

What we're looking for

  • At least one year of experience working in a high-volume call center or contact center environment.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assist customers while navigating multiple computer systems, researching information, and accurately documenting interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment handling back-to-back customer calls.
  • Healthcare, Medicaid, health insurance, or related experience is a plus but not required.

What you should expect in this role

  • 100% remote position within the United States; Oklahoma residency is preferred but not required.
  • Must meet remote-work technology requirements, including a wired Ethernet connection and minimum internet speed of 150 Mbps.
  • Candidates must complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the interview process.
  • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation.
  • Work schedule will be based on business and operational needs.

The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
