Setup and Location: Hybrid - Ortigas
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (AEST - QLD) | 5:00 AM–2:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time

The Production Scheduler will take ownership of all production scheduling activities within M1 ERP. This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules across machines, work centers, labor resources, and production priorities while proactively identifying bottlenecks, delivery risks, and capacity constraints. The successful candidate will become the subject matter expert (SME) for scheduling and play a critical role in embedding scheduling best practices across the business.

What You'll Do:
You’ll be the kind of person who:
  • Develop, maintain and optimise the production schedule within M1 ERP.
  • Schedule jobs across machines, work centres and production resources based on capacity, priority and required delivery dates.
  • Review new jobs and determine appropriate production start dates, sequencing and resource requirements.
  • Monitor production progress daily and update the schedule to reflect actual performance, changing priorities and unforeseen delays.
  • Identify capacity constraints, scheduling conflicts and potential delivery risks before they impact production.
  • Work closely with the Production Manager and workshop team to resolve bottlenecks and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure materials and externally supplied services are available when required.
  • Liaise with Sales and other internal stakeholders regarding job priorities, lead times and expected completion dates.
  • Ensure job routings, work centres, estimated hours and scheduling information within M1 are accurate and maintained.
  • Monitor planned versus actual production hours and assist in identifying opportunities to improve estimating and scheduling accuracy.
  • Coordinate outsourced production processes to ensure they align with the overall production schedule.
  • Review machine and labour utilisation and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve production flow.
  • Maintain visibility of upcoming workload and assist management with forward capacity and resource planning.
  • Support continuous improvement of production planning, scheduling and ERP processes.
  • Produce regular production and scheduling reports, including upcoming workload, capacity constraints, overdue operations and delivery risks.


Requirements

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Experience in production scheduling, planning or manufacturing coordination in M1.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production processes.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and respond quickly to changing production requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively across production, sales, procurement and management.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence working with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience within machining, fabrication, engineering or a similar manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
