Ihre Aufgaben

Der Financial Controller verantwortet den Auf- und Ausbau des Finanz-, Produktions- und Vertriebscontrollings sowie die Liquiditätssteuerung und das Reporting an den Vorstand. Er/Sie arbeitet eng mit dem Buchhaltungsteam sowie dem CFO der Gruppe zusammen.

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Finanzcontrollings
  • Erstellung und laufende Überwachung der Liquiditätssteuerung
  • Einführung und Aufbau eines Produktionscontrollings
  • Einführung und Aufbau eines Vertriebscontrollings
  • Überprüfung der monatlichen Buchhaltung gemeinsam mit dem Buchhaltungsteam
  • Erstellung von Planung und Forecast
  • Aufbau und monatliche Erstellung des internen Controlling
  • Erstellung des monatlichen Finanzreportings für den Vorstand
  • Unterstützung bei den Konsolidierungsbuchungen der Gruppe gemeinsam mit dem CFO


Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanzcontrolling, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung nach HGB erforderlich, nach IFRS wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Konsolidierungsbuchungen im Konzern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Controlling-Instrumenten (Planung, Forecast, Reporting)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in LucaNet erforderlich
  • Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse erforderlich
  • Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere im fachlichen Wording
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Vorstand, CFO und Buchhaltungsteam
