Job Description:

🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Account Manager – Carbon Fiber (Aerospace Market)

Mitsubishi Chemical Group is seeking a strategic and driven Senior Account Manager to support the growth of our Carbon Fiber product lines within the Aerospace market. (West Coast Area Candidates Preferred)

This role will focus on:
✈️ Aerospace business development
πŸ“ˆ Strategic sales growth & customer expansion
🀝 Cross-functional global collaboration
πŸ“Š Salesforce pipeline & forecasting management
πŸ’‘ Market intelligence & new product initiatives

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. MBA preferred.

Experience:
β€’ 5–8+ years of experience within the Carbon Fiber industry, required
β€’ Aerospace market experience, required
β€’ Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Sage, Workday, or ERP systems highly desired
β€’ Strong project management and business development.

The salary range for this position is $155,000-$170,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
