Job description

Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

The Enterprise Sales Executive will cover regional and community banks and credit unions across the north east, building UiPath's presence with these institutions and their leadership teams. They work every day across the C-Suite, Digital Transformation, AI/Automation COE's, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver value through UiPath's automation and AI platform.

We provide tools that help regional banks and credit unions streamline operations, improve accuracy, reduce risk, enhance compliance, and free employees to focus on member and customer relationships instead of manual back-office work. You will be challenged and supported by the best in the industry as you build trusted relationships and pave your own path to success.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Assess territory potential and develop a sales strategy to maximize UiPath revenue across regional bank and credit union accounts

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules

  • Evangelize the UiPath brand by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions through a value-selling approach tailored to the resource constraints and priorities of mid-sized financial institutions

  • Educate customers on how UiPath can improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, strengthen controls, and support digital transformation without requiring the large technology budgets or IT staffs common at money-center banks

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships across the territory, including with executive leadership, boards, and operations teams at community-oriented institutions

  • Develop trusted relationships with local and regional partners, core banking providers, and systems integrators that serve community banks and credit unions to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers receive maximum value and customer issues are addressed quickly

  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, regulatory trends, and market conditions affecting regional banks and credit unions to understand customer needs

  • Collaborate internally with sales executives and cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices

  • Explore ways to incorporate automation into daily work and into core banking, lending, deposit operations, and member services workflows

What you'll bring to the team

  • 7+ years of solution/value selling experience

  • 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to regional banks, community banks, and/or credit unions preferred

  • Demonstrated expertise communicating artificial intelligence capabilities, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies to C-suite executives, Digital Transformation teams, and AI Centers of Excellence at mid-sized financial institutions

  • Ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into business outcomes such as cost reduction, improved controls, faster loan and account processing, risk mitigation, and enhanced member/customer experience

  • Familiarity with regional banking and credit union priorities such as regulatory compliance (FDIC, OCC, state banking departments, NCUA), fraud prevention, KYC/AML/BSA, audit readiness, core banking system integration, loan origination and servicing, deposit operations, and member/customer onboarding

  • Ability to communicate new and complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates strong demand for the solution

  • Successful year-over-year quota attainment and experience growing an enterprise client portfolio

  • Proven success consistently selling new business and new logos

  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally

  • Ability to navigate complex client organizations and develop key relationships across multiple departments and leadership levels, including the C-suite and board-level stakeholders common at community banks and credit unions

  • Ability to provide valuable insights into improving customers' business operations

  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities from business-led discussions

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to travel approximately 50%

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
