  • Analyse und Behebung von elektrischen Störungen inkl. Fehlerdiagnose an Steuerungen, Sensorik und Aktorik

Deine Aufgaben

  • Elektrische Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie Durchführung von Umbauten und Nachrüstungen (Retrofit) bei unseren Kunden im In- und Ausland
  • Installation der Maschinen sowie Prüfung von Schaltschränken
  • Unterstützung bei FAT/SAT sowohl intern als auch bei unseren Kunden
  • Analyse und Behebung von elektrischen Störungen inkl. Fehlerdiagnose an Steuerungen, Sensorik und Aktorik
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätzen sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen z.B. bzgl. Stabilität oder Performance
  • Erstellung von Serviceberichten und Dokumentationen der Einsätze
  • Schulung und Einweisung des Bedien- und Wartungspersonals unserer Kunden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau sind wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik (TIA Portal/Machine Expert), SPS-Programmierung, Schaltplänen (EPLAN P8) sowie Antriebstechnik und Sensorik
  • Selbständige, strukturierte sowie zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Lernwille, es besteht die Möglichkeit der Weiterentwicklung zum/zur Baustellenleiter/-in
  • Reisebereitschaft (mind. 50%, Firmenwagen ist Bestandteil der Position und ist auch zur privaten Nutzung) und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Führerscheinklasse B
