SUMMARY OF DUTIES

This position is responsible to provide OEM customer service sales support to management, OEM customers and Sales Representatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

1.    Provides technical support to Sales Representatives and customers and reports any issues to
2.    management.
3.    Communicates customer needs and specifications to Sales Representatives, Engineering Operations and management.
4.    Delivers product samples to Sales Representatives, customers, and trade shows upon request.
5.    Prepares demonstration bags for Sales Representatives.
6.    Responsible for understanding and resolving customer service issues.
7.    Generates reports regarding products, sales revenue, complaints, etc.
8.    Coordinates sales related activities and customer requests with supporting departments.
9.    Generates shipping documents required for domestic and foreign shipments.
10.    Manages complex order details and quotations with customers and Sales Representatives through email, phone, fax, or other communication outlets.
11.    Performs other duties and tasks as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•    Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
•    Six years of related work experience in marketing and/or customer service
•    Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
•    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict time constraints to meet the demands of customers and management.
•    Very detail oriented and accurate.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•    Experience in the medical device field.
