Job description

Join Our Team: Marketing Designer (Philippines-Based)

Position Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Remote, Must be located in the Philippines

Rate: $8USD / hour

A successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience executing marketing designs within an established brand system, with a strong ability to translate provided direction, templates, and copy into polished, ready-to-publish assets.

How do you know if this is your dream work and if Fertility Bridge is your dream client? If you think you can achieve these outcomes, this just might be the place for you:

  • Deliver consistent, on-brand assets that are ready to publish, up to 25 per week.
High quality Canva designs using established templates, minimal editing, correct brand typography/colours, and balanced layouts even when copy varies. Patterns that indicate misalignment include off-brand elements, recurring rework, overlooking details, or avoidable design issues. Designers who excel take initiative on small improvements and steadily reduce the amount of editing and oversight needed by the Brand Manager.

  • Maintain a visually varied, professional feed through strategic design rotation for up to 15 posts per week.
Designer will use rotating templates, layouts, typography treatments, and colour usage so the feed never looks repetitive or template-locked, even when posting daily. Patterns that indicate misalignment include when posts look identical across campaigns or lack variation over time. Designers who excel show proactive refinement of visual patterns and contributions to elevate the brand’s overall aesthetic.

  • Translate marketing strategy into clear, effective visuals, using existing or new assets, up to 25 per week.
Direction from the marketing team will be converted into polished, on-strategy designs created in Canva without needing step-by-step guidance, and reducing oversight by Brand Manager over time. Patterns that indicate misalignment include when the intent of a campaign isn’t reflected or when repeated rework is needed to meet the brief. Designers who excel expand the creative library, introduce thoughtful visual variations, and take on asset/email design with increasing independence.

What we think we have for you to achieve your outcome(s):

  • Canva Pro account with brand templates

  • Brand Guide with clear documentation on typography, colour palette, logo usage, and visual standards

  • Template library in Canva

  • Asana for project and task management

  • Google Drive with company brand materials

  • Content Calendar in Asana for planning social posts

  • Native LinkedIn scheduling platform

  • Copy for social posts will be provided by another team member

  • LastPass with login info for Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook

  • Initial training with Brand Manager on brand standards, template usage, marketing campaign workflows, with oversight decreasing as autonomy grows

  • Marketing strategy, campaign themes, and messaging priorities will be provided for you

  • Brand Manager for oversight and support

  • Website Coordinator for assistance with any crossover on web design platforms (if applicable)

  • LinkedIn Analytics and Reporting to track campaign success

  • Mailchimp (Future Training) - Opportunity to design and set up email templates and campaigns, under provided copy and strategic direction

What we don’t have (YET!) for you to achieve your outcome(s):

  • Advanced design software - no current access to Adobe suite or similar platforms

  • Dedicated IT team for technical support

  • Brand Manager unavailable on Mondays

  • SOP and work instructions are in their first draft. You will likely encounter issues that we have not yet accounted for, and you will have to inform us and help to improve the process

  • Scheduling platform like Buffer, we do not have one that fits our needs so the posts need to be scheduled on their own native platforms (ie: LinkedIn, Meta) vs. using an all-in-one scheduler

  • A way to cleanly add CTAs to LinkedIn posts ahead of time, you will need to post a comment from the company account on the post with an external link and CTA for many of our LinkedIn posts in real time. The posts can be scheduled, but the comments cannot.
