SUPPORT OUR GROWTH PLANS AS OUR NEXT SENIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Lead customers through complex ERP transformation initiatives, combining deep expertise in Distribution, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Logistics with strong consulting and commercial skills. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand their challenges, design effective ERP solutions, and turn business requirements into measurable outcomes.

This is a customer-facing role for an experienced consultant who is equally comfortable leading discovery workshops, shaping end-to-end solutions, supporting ERP implementations, and helping win new business through compelling demonstrations and solution presentations.

YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR JOURNEY

  • Lead customer discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to understand business needs and operational challenges.

  • Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.

  • Provide expert guidance across Distribution, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Replenishment, and Supply Chain processes.

  • Design end-to-end ERP solutions covering Distribution, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory, Procurement, and Financial integration.

  • Facilitate solution design, gap analysis, process optimization, and business transformation activities.

  • Define functional requirements and business process improvements that deliver measurable customer value.

  • Support ERP implementation teams through configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities.

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Development teams.

  • Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, from operational managers through to senior and executive leadership.

  • Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through solution development and proposal.

  • Conduct customer workshops and deliver engaging ERP demonstrations tailored to specific business requirements.

  • Prepare and present solution proposals, business cases, value propositions, and ROI-focused recommendations.

  • Participate in RFP, RFI, and tender responses.

  • Clearly communicate the business value, benefits, and potential ROI of ERP solutions to prospective customers.

  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.

  • Stay up to date with ERP trends, emerging technologies, and developments across Distribution, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics.

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of consulting capabilities, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Contribute to successful, profitable project delivery and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting, business consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementations in Distribution, Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain environments.

  • Deep understanding of Distribution Management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Management, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics & Transportation, Procurement, and Replenishment.

  • Strong understanding of ERP integration touchpoints across operations and finance.

  • Experience with complex, multi-site, or international ERP implementations.

  • Proven ability to design and document end-to-end business processes.

  • Experience working with warehouse operations and WMS integrations, including mobile warehouse technologies.

  • Knowledge of replenishment, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain planning.

  • Experience with Customer Managed Inventory (CMI), Replenishment & Requirements Planning (R&R), or broader distribution ecosystems is an advantage.

  • Strong business process analysis, problem-solving, and solution design skills.

  • Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively while building strong, trusted relationships.

  • Confident in facilitating workshops and discussions with senior management and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong ERP demonstration and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor complex solutions to business audiences.

  • Experience supporting sales pursuits, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and customer presentations.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to articulate business value and ROI.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.

  • Project leadership or solution lead experience is an advantage.

  • ERP certifications are a plus.
