Part-Time or Full-Time

About the Opportunity

A well-funded, early-stage healthcare company is building an innovative, technology-enabled model designed to transform how families of children with autism access and experience ABA therapy.

The organization is focused on making evidence-based autism care more accessible, effective, equitable, and centered around caregivers. Its clinical leadership team includes nationally recognized experts in caregiver-mediated ABA and evidence-based parent training models.

The Clinical Model

The model is 100% virtual and caregiver-mediated. Rather than relying on high volumes of technician-delivered hours, the model empowers caregivers to become skilled agents of change within their child's everyday environment.

All clinical sessions are delivered directly by a BCBA through telehealth. There is no RBT supervision or in-home technician component, allowing BCBAs to focus their time directly on clinical care, caregiver coaching, and meaningful outcomes.
