Service Sales Manager

Location: Seattle, WA 

Salary Range: $ 102,000.00 to $ 114,000.00

Job Description

The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and growth of our Condition Monitoring products and services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in condition monitoring technologies and a proven track record in sales.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Identify opportunities that can be supported by SKF’s key platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate condition monitoring products and services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in condition monitoring or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of condition monitoring technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time in US and Canada
  • If applying for a position in Canada, Fluency in French a plus
  • Must live close to a major airport
