Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto.

Buscamos un Especialista en Patología Estructural que actúe como nuestro "cerebro consultor". Tu misión principal será diagnosticar patologías en edificaciones a distancia y diseñar planes de rehabilitación, trabajando junto al equipo operativo en campo. Este rol no es para inspectores de obra tradicionales; está diseñado para un experto en cálculo estructural.

  • Diagnosticar causas raíz (flexión, cortante, carbonatación, asentamientos) utilizando evidencia limitada y remota (fotografías, reportes).

  • Diseñar soluciones de refuerzo estructural innovadoras y viables para la construcción en la vida real.

  • Traducir y comunicar diagnósticos técnicos complejos a clientes que no son ingenieros.

  • Liderar investigaciones técnicas con alta autonomía y pensamiento lateral para resolver "casos raros".

Requirements

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años comprobables estrictamente en ingeniería estructural (si tu experiencia no es exclusiva en patologías, se exigirá un número mayor de años generales).

  • Idioma (Descartatorio): Inglés Técnico Operativo Avanzado para interpretar planos y normativas americanas a diario.

  • Conocimiento Técnico (Dominio en al menos 3): Normativa americana (ACI 364, ASCE 11), diseño de refuerzo (FRP, micropilotes), cimentaciones, peritajes o análisis de causa raíz.

  • Portafolio Obligatorio: Dossier forense verificable mostrando magnitud, alcance de tu participación y cliente en proyectos reales de patología (se aceptan datos censurados bajo NDA).

  • Validación de Inglés Obligatoria: Evidencia técnica comprobable de redacción y lectura fluida de reportes bajo códigos de EE. UU.
