DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS:

Manufacturing Architect (with PEO, DMC, and QM)

Start date: 9/1/2026
End date: 3/31/2027
Days: Part-time; about 13 hours a week
Mode of delivery: Hybrid, onsite as needed for workshops/events
City State: Remote/TN
Requirement – US Citizen; Foreign Nationals and persons with dual citizenship are prohibited

Role description: Leads Workstream 6 (Manufacturing Strategy and SAP ME Transition Assessment) — evaluates current SAP ME capabilities and assesses fit of SAP PEO, Digital Manufacturing Cloud, and embedded S/4HANA capabilities against Y-12 manufacturing requirements. Develops and applies the Manufacturing Decision Matrix, evaluating functional coverage, deployability, operational continuity, and compliance considerations. Leads manufacturing process discovery workshops (Workstream 4) and produces the Manufacturing Solution Recommendation and SAP ME Transition and Sequencing Considerations deliverables.
