🔹 ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Gestión y operación de plataformas críticas.

  • IT Operations y Service Management.

  • Gestión de incidentes y problemas.

  • Coordinación y gestión de incidentes críticos y situaciones de crisis.

  • Monitorización, observabilidad y mejora continua de la plataforma.

  • Aplicación de prácticas ITIL y SRE.

🔹 Requisitos técnicos:

  • Experiencia en IT Operations / Service Management.

  • Gestión de incidentes críticos.

  • ☁️ AWS.

  • 🐳 Docker.

  • ⚙️ Jenkins.

  • 🔧 Git.

  • Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización y observabilidad.

  • Conocimientos de ITIL y prácticas SRE.

⭐ Se valorará especialmente:

  • Experiencia en banca, fintech o medios de pago.

  • Conocimientos de PCI DSS y DORA.

💰 SBA: 35.000 €

⚠️ Importante: la posición requiere servicio de guardias.
