After 5 years since its establishment, BLIK is the most popular form of online payment, enabling millions of Poles to send instant transfers to a phone number; BLIK will soon enable making contactless payments around the world. Even though we are a small organization, we operate on a large scale.

Job Description

Project manager in the area of products, IT and mobile payment services.

We are looking for a person who will take care of some of the tasks performed by the team responsible for BLIK projects. Depending on the current needs, it will be a variable mixture of the following tasks:

• supervision over the implementation of projects and the quality of tasks performed
• supporting the implementations carried out by the partners and helping them to solve the problems identified before and after the service is launched.
• coordination of project/initiatives as well as internal and external project teams,
• arrangements for business and functional specifications for the implemented products and services
• coordination of development and certification tests

The same proficiency in each of the above areas is not required at the beginning, however you must have the willingness and aptitude for achieving it within a reasonable time.

Qualifications

Skills required:

• ability and willingness to learn quickly
• great communication skills in speech and writing
•  independence and good organization of work
• highly developed analytical and process thinking skills
• ability to identify business needs and manage priorities
• at least good orientation in the mobile payment or mobile banking market
• university degree (or a student of final years)
• at least a good knowledge of English

Assets:

• experience in projects related to the implementation of new products
• experience in project management in the area of finance and banking
• experience in project management at the IT level
• excellent knowledge of English
• knowledge of project management methodology and tools supporting project management (e.g. MS Project)
