  • Begleitung des Due Diligence-Prozesses inhaltlich und logistisch

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Relevante Erfahrung in Corporate Finance mit Fokus auf M&A Transaktionen
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Unternehmensanalyse und -bewertung
  • Hohe Teamkompetenz und Fähigkeit, in interdisziplinären Projektteams zu arbeiten sowie Reisebereitschaft national/international
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
