An ICG strategic partner is looking for SAP Hana specialists to support a pharmaceuticals client as it embarks on a multi territory, multi business strand transformation project with SAP at the centre of it.

We are looking for 3-4 people to work 2 weeks in 5 for at least 1 year but could stretch to a longer assignment.

The audit committee have instructed the client that they need to get some form of assurance across the multi territory, multi business strand SAP implementation that is happening as part of their business transformation that runs to end 2028

Role

An excellent working knowledge of PROGRAMME ASSURANCE, with Hana.  What a successful programme looks like, nuts and bolts, etc.

The initial engagement is a 10-12 months one to perform programme assurance reviews in advance of steering committee meetings to feedback into the business transformation process.

It will be 2 weeks full time every 5 weeks

Key Deliverables

Short sharp reviews, working with the Internal Audit function who will define the types of reviews they want.

Skills and experience required

Skills required include –

• strong SAP technical background
  
• experience of major SAP programmes and can therefore adapt to whatever reviews are defined
  
• good teamworking – to work closely with the function
  
• flexible
  
• knowledgeable and experienced with war stories as well as an understanding of where all the bear traps are – been there, seen it, done it
  

Pharma experience is a bonus, but not a necessity.

They want a team of 2-3 people and they want it to be the same team for the first engagement of 10-12 months
