As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a sharp, delivery-focused Project Delivery Manager. This isn't a role for a theorist or a technical auditor; it’s a role for a coordinator who thrives on keeping projects on track, meeting deadlines, and ensuring clear communication across borders.
You will be the vital link between our New Zealand-based clients and our development team in India. Your mission is simple: Ensure client requirements are delivered exactly as per scope, on time, and to the highest standard.The "Sweet Spot" Schedule
We value output over hours. This role is designed for a 10:00 AM start and a 2:00 PM finish.
This window allows you to sync perfectly with the start of the Indian development team’s workday for seamless asynchronous handovers, while giving you the flexibility you need in NZ.
Your Core Responsibilities
Scope & Expectation Management: Ensuring that what was promised to the client is what is actually being built. You’ll protect the scope and manage expectations on both sides.
Timeline & Team Alignment: Keeping the development team in India aligned with project milestones. You are the heartbeat of the project’s timeline.
Effective Communication: Acting as the "translator" between client needs and technical execution. You’ll use tools like Loom and Jira to ensure nothing is missed in the asynchronous workflow.
High-Bandwidth Context Switching: On any given day, you’ll be switching between CRM, ERP, and AI implementation projects. You need the mental agility to jump between different technologies and clients without missing a beat.
Operational Growth: Helping us set up the delivery foundations—templates, workflows, and communication standards—that will allow us to scale.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven Delivery Experience: You have a track record of managing technology implementations (ideally CRM/ERP) from start to finish.
The "Get It Done" Attitude: You aren't precious about your job description. If a ticket needs updating or a client needs a quick update via Gemini or Loom, you handle it. You focus on the outcome, not just your "co-responsibility."
Master of Remote Tools: You are highly proficient in Jira and comfortable using Loom and Gemini to streamline communication and stay organized.
Mid-Market Savvy: Experience working with small businesses and mid-tier enterprises where clear, direct communication is key.
Auckland-Based: While the role is 100% remote, we prefer someone in Auckland for the occasional team meeting or client visit.
