Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze recruitment-related data to provide data-driven insights.
  
• Develop and optimize machine learning models for intelligent matching and recommendation systems.
  
• Perform data cleaning and feature engineering to ensure data quality and model effectiveness.
  
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate machine learning models into the platform.
  
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, and carry out iterative optimization.
  
• Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies in data science and machine learning to continuously enhance the platform’s technical capabilities.
  

Requirements

任职要求：

• 3年以上数据科学或机器学习经验，熟悉Python及数据科学工具（如Pandas、NumPy、Scikit-Learn）。
  
• 具备从0到1开发和部署机器学习模型的经验。
  
• 有处理大规模数据集和构建高效算法的经验。
  
• 熟悉机器学习模型的评估和优化方法。
  
• 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
  

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning, familiar with Python and data science tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
  
• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models from scratch.
  
• Experience in handling large-scale datasets and building efficient algorithms.
  
• Familiar with evaluation and optimization methods for machine learning models.
  
• Strong team collaboration spirit and communication skills.
