Systems Engineer (Nutanix/Hyper-V/Azure) – Vietnam / Malaysia – Remote

About the Opportunity

On behalf of our international client, Sunbytes is hiring a Remote Systems Engineer (Cloud & Core Services)to support and evolve theirglobal hybrid-cloud datacenter infrastructure.

Our client is a large-scale, technology-driven enterprise operating across multiple regions, with a strong focus onhybrid cloud, core infrastructure services, and enterprise-grade IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the client’sglobal hybrid-cloud infrastructure
  

• Participate in design, installation, configuration, patching, and system updates
  

• Oversee daily activities ofcontractors and managed service providers, including 24/7 system monitoring and change management
  

• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and infrastructure upgrades
  

• Plan, deploy, and administercore services and hybrid-cloud platforms(Azure, Active Directory, Linux, etc.)
  

• Supervise and delegate operations tasks, including system monitoring and problem resolution
  

• Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to support system objectives
  

• Ensurearchitecture standards and infrastructure strategyalign with global IT initiatives
  

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 6+ years of experience inhybrid-cloud datacenter environments
  

• Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azureand Windows hybrid domain infrastructure
  

• Solid knowledge ofWindows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022), Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, andLinux (SUSE, RHEL)– SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  

• 6+ years of experience invirtualization & Hyper-Converged Infrastructure(Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V cluster, Azure Stack, OpenShift - Nutanix AHV on Dell XC-Core server hardware preferred.) 
  

• 3+ years of experience withautomation tools(Terraform, PowerShell, Ansible)
  

• 3+ years of experience in networking and cloud platform operations
  

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  

• Strong English communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  

• Certifications in cloud, datacenter technologies, or ITIL are a plus
