Summary/Objective: 


The Integrated Data Analyst is a key member of the digital team, responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights across paid media, organic social, email, web analytics, and CRM platforms. This individual will play a strategic role in campaign performance measurement, data visualization, and cross-platform reporting. They will support business decisions with data-backed recommendations that align with broader marketing and communication strategies. We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator—able to present data in both visually compelling and business-relevant formats. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. 


Key Responsibilities:


1. Cross-Channel Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze performance from paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, DV360, TikTok, among others), organic social (MeltWater, Fanpage Karma, etc.) email campaigns (Mailchimp), and websites (GA4).
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics: Reach, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, open rates, conversions, engagement rates, etc.
  • Conduct audience, creative, and content performance analysis to support campaign optimization.
  • Perform data hygiene, standardization, and validation for reliable performance tracking.
  • Include competitive and category advertising analysis.

2. Dash boarding & Reporting

  • Design and maintain automated dashboards using Looker Studio (Data Studio), Google Sheets, Excel, among others.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports tailored to agency and client needs, strategy, and channel objectives.
  • Deliver reporting in multiple formats (dashboards, decks, sheets), adapting to different audiences.
  • Explain results in a visually and verbally compelling manner, highlighting insights and strategic recommendations.

3. Data Infrastructure & Tool Proficiency

  • Manage data extraction and integration from multiple platforms.
  • (Preferred) Use or support SQL queries and tools like BigQuery for structured data modeling and ad hoc analysis.
  • Ensure high data integrity across sources by maintaining organizational standards for reporting and structuring views.

4. Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with media strategists, campaign managers, account managers and creatives to translate performance data into optimization plans.
  • Present performance narratives and insights during internal or external meetings.
  • Support internal knowledge-sharing, documentation of reporting processes, and QA protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a data-focused role within digital marketing, advertising, or analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing KPIs and attribution across paid and owned channels.
  • Experience working in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Basecamp, Slack).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, and visual data reporting.
  • Familiarity with SQL and cloud-based databases (e.g., Google BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization, data cleaning, and managing large datasets.
  • Familiar with CRMs, social platforms, email tools, and media analytics platforms.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) — written and verbal proficiency is preferred.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills to distill technical data into business insights.
  • Comfortable presenting findings to internal teams and clients at all levels.

Professional and Personal Skills: 

  • Curious, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to break down complex tasks and technical needs into structured deliverables.
  • Passionate for the digital media and social media industry 
    • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends 
    • Self-starter and curious of the digital media landscape, online media
      platforms, research and planning tools 
    • Tech savvy 
    • Must be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with
      operating in a fast moving, ever changing world of digital advertising 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or cross-functionally, poised with good personal management 
    • Attention to detail, thoroughness, accountability, excellent follow-through
    • Team player 
    • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities;
      excellent time management; ability to work under tight deadlines, under
      pressure
      and shifting campaign needs.
    • Approaches work with a sense of urgency and is effectively able to prioritize and
      exercise good judgment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.


Work Style & Schedule:

  • Full-time role, Monday–Friday (core business hours).
  • Occasional availability required for campaign support during weekends or holidays.
  • Role may be remote, hybrid, or office-based depending on team structure.
  • Travel will be required
