Job Title: Microsoft 365 Engineer – Migration & Modern Workplace Delivery

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will deliver Microsoft Modern Work projects across Microsoft 365, helping customers modernise collaboration, identity, endpoint management and security. You will work across assessment, design, implementation, migration, documentation and customer handover while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•Deliver Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.

• Implement Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.

• Configure Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and Identity Governance.

• Deploy Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and device compliance policies.

• Configure Microsoft Purview, DLP, Retention and Sensitivity Labels.

• Deliver workshops, user adoption sessions and technical handovers.

• Produce HLDs, LLDs, build guides and as-built documentation.

• Support project scoping and technical discovery.

• Provide third-line technical support during project delivery.

• Maintain technical standards and follow Microsoft best practice.

• Employees are expected to demonstrate a security-first mindset and ensure that information security considerations are incorporated into their day-to-day activities, decision-making, and interactions with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong Microsoft 365 implementation experience.

• Experience with hybrid identity and migrations.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Customer-facing consulting experience.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
