Senior UX/UI Designer

Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently collaborating with a client who is looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join their team on a full-time remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• 🎨 Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• 🖌️ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
• 📐 Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences
• 🔍 Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
• 💡 Apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and enhance product usability
• 📚 Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality
• 🧩 Ensure consistency across all digital products by maintaining design systems and style guides

Required Skills:

• 💬 Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• 🏆 Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual design skills
• 🖥️ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• 📊 Understanding of user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards
• 🤝 Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• ⏱️ Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• 🌟 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding user experiences
