The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

💼 Responsibilities:

• 📊 Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights
• 📑 Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business units
• 🔍 Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making across departments
• 📈 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, operations) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• 🛠️ Support data governance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• 💡 Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through BI tools and analytics

🛠️ Required Skills:

• 📚 Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• 📊 Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• 🖥️ Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• 📈 Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and analysis techniques
• 🗂️ Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
• 💬 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• 👩‍💻 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• 🌐 Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
