Con este rol, serás responsable de guiar a los estudiantes de Diplomados online a través de sus desafíos académicos, ayudándoles tanto a desarrollar habilidades de estudio efectivas, planificación y gestión del tiempo, como también brindar orientación, apoyo individualizado y motivación para que puedan alcanzar sus metas a corto plazo. Mantener enfocados y entusiasmados a los estudiantes a lo largo de su camino educativo, maximizando su potencial para el logro de sus metas, te convertirá en un enlace clave entre nuestros estudiantes y su experiencia de aprendizaje en línea.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Educación, Asesoramiento o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia previa en coaching estudiantil, asesoramiento educativo o roles afines.
