Digital Marketing Manager – E-commerce (Remote)

Work From Home | Full-Time | AU Hours | PH-Based

OutsourcedIn is partnering with an Australian stationery e-commerce brand to hire a versatile Digital Marketing Manager to support website management, digital campaigns, and overall marketing performance.

This role focuses on e-commerce, email marketing, analytics, and campaign execution, while driving growth through data, automation, and optimisation.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics, and is confident managing multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the e-commerce website, executing digital marketing campaigns, and tracking performance across multiple channels.

This is a results-driven role requiring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to consistently deliver outputs that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Build and send campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar

  • Manage lists, segments, and A/B testing

  • Set up automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase)

  • Track and report campaign performance

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance

  • Set up and manage tracking for campaigns and conversions

  • Analyse traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance

  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimisation

E-commerce & Website Management

  • Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, variants)

  • Optimise product pages, images, and collections

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with suppliers

  • Perform regular checks for website issues, broken links, and outdated content

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Manage and support Google Shopping Ads and Google Ads campaigns

  • Support SEO efforts including keyword optimisation and content updates

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads and marketing workflows

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Write captions, create basic Canva content, and edit short-form videos

  • Manage comments and DMs, escalate issues, and track FAQs

  • Monitor performance and suggest weekly improvements

Mandatory Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles

  • Strong experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce)

  • Proven experience in email marketing and automation

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and tracking setup

  • Experience with SEO and website optimisation

  • Experience managing Google Shopping Ads or Google Ads

  • Familiarity with Google Search Console

  • Experience in social media marketing and content management

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools

  • Strong written and verbal English communication

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in retail, DTC, or e-commerce brands

  • Experience handling end-to-end digital marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of conversion optimisation and customer journeys

KPIs

  • Website traffic, engagement, and conversion growth

  • Email campaign performance (open, click, conversion rates)

  • Accuracy and quality of website and product management

  • Effectiveness of digital campaigns and tracking

  • Quality of reporting and analytics insights
