Job description

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Missouri | Remote Telehealth | Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

The Opportunity

We are looking for an LMFT who enjoys helping clients work through relationship concerns, family dynamics, and emotional challenges through therapy. This remote position allows you to focus on scheduled client sessions, clinical decision-making, and ongoing care while working from a professional home setting.

A Typical Day May Include:

  • Meeting with individuals, couples, and families through virtual sessions
  • Understanding client concerns and identifying areas where therapy can provide support
  • Guiding conversations around communication, relationships, stress, and life changes
  • Helping clients develop practical tools and strategies that fit their needs
  • Keeping session notes and clinical records organized
  • Connecting with the care team when collaboration is needed

Requirements

  • Active Missouri LMFT license
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
  • Comfortable managing appointments and documentation remotely
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients online
